Intercultural Coaching

Work with a coach who understands the complexities intercultural relationships.

What is Intercultural Coaching?

Coaches are a vital part of any leader's development. But not all coaches bring the same perspectives.

Intercultural Coaching combines the power of Intercultural Agility with the insights that coaching often creates. And when this combination happens, you gain not only the ability to move forward confidently, but you do so in a way that ensures success in complex, diverse, intercultural contexts.

Competency focus

In our Intercultural Coaching Journeys, we place a strong emphasis on developing Global Leadership Competencies. These competencies are designed to equip you with the skills and capabilities necessary to thrive in today's globalized business landscape. Our coaching sessions are carefully structured to enhance your competence in three key categories:

Intercultural Perception Management

  • Perception management is about understanding how others perceive you and your actions, particularly in diverse cultural contexts.

  • Through our coaching, you will learn to navigate cultural nuances, interpret non-verbal cues, and develop a heightened awareness of how your behavior impacts your interactions with others.

  • The goal is to foster cultural empathy and ensure that your intentions align with your impact.

Intercultural Self Management

  • Intercultural self management is all about discovering, the why of who we are as cultural human beings.

  • We use self-cultural analysis and neutral language through the Three Colors of Worldview, Cultural Mapping inventory and the Global Competency Inventory as a way to do that and take that into Intercultural

  • Self-management involves self-awareness and emotional intelligence, especially in cross-cultural situations.

  • Our coaching helps you recognize and manage your own emotions, reactions, and biases in global settings.

  • You will gain the tools to stay adaptable, composed, and effective, even when facing challenging intercultural dynamics.
