In the final weeks, you will learn how cultures express their values in vastly different preferences across the 12 Dimensions of Culture.
  • Delivery Method
The learning journey will be hosted and supported on the Promote International Group Learning platform. The proposed learning journey will consist of six 2-hour sessions and will follow the HPLJ methodology (High Performing Learning Journey), resulting in a rich and diverse learning environment that integrates the right combination of challenge and support for the learners. The Journey will also include pre-session assignments to ensure that participants are already familiar with the theoretical framework. This enhances the effectiveness of the live sessions and allows us to focus on application. Each session will result in post-session assignments that give participants the opportunity to apply what they have learned.
